I'm not saying there aren't tests, I think they got a few dozen for test and samples. The big order clearly has not come in, for some (this is the issue) unspecified reason. Had they come in, gone to W, and from there to customers we would have heard about it, and secondary orders.

Management owns stock too and I am very puzzled they treat their own money this way. Maybe they are trying to drive price down so they can buy for pennys.
