Legitimate startup public companies should dilute every now and then. Otherwise, why they are public? Tesla recently diluted 2 billion dollars worth of shares. I don’t like perfection especially if the largest customer for the public company is the CEO himself. IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. For this company to go to the next step this issue will need to be resolved.
