I'm getting real tired of hearing how great management is, in my experience a great manager who does something wrong (and we all screw up from time to time) asap communicates with staff and shareholders with "Hey, I, or we, screwed up. We've learned from it and this is how we're dealing with the result."
Silence to me indicates guilt, or at the least a sweeping under the rug. If I don't hear something soon I'll be dumping most of this very poor speculation. I'm inclined to make another trip to SLC, kick some ess.
