As you say people buy the hype, people dream often based on unrealistic projections by those who want others to buy their shares at higher prices.

Why shouldn't people know the whole story to decide if they want to buy sell or hold? OTC is only place where people consider factual information that is negative as bashing a stock and not simply factual info to adjust your position with.

Pending dilution is factual, the company has stated as such. More debt and more dilution are inevitable, the company has said so. But some how I'm a basher for saying what management is saying
