Many must keep in mind that even though we are not seeing any dilution . We are however seeing the volume of shares for business operations and costs . I personally don’t see the difference between dilution and selling shares to cover business costs. All of it seems to reduce the price movement and can provide suppression to the price movement to shareholders. This is a common standard. But many have a budget and expenses that they account for . And then they can either cut costs and and reduce operational expenses which should sustain the company the next year . The difference with optec is that from my personal research their has not been any form of update related to the employees that are actually being paid and also the base salary for the ceo is what around 5 to 6 thousand a month and also can deduct the monthly rent . So o would assume that since they have enough Fuel Maximizer in stock then they should not incur anymore operational costs unless they can sell the inventory that they have . So we should not see any losses in this coming quarterly results . The unknowns for me is the exact figures of revenue from (existing products ) . Then another unknowns for me is the exact nature of the funding for the South Korean joint venture and the progression of the venture to provide a source of revenue. I don’t see that their should be any issues to showing the precise outflow of shareholders equity and from dilution from this years note holders which is pretty simple for any accounting firm to take care of . Then see if and their by all means should be a couple of newer revenue streams from led and from the scooter which I would expect. And then we can see some basic stock price valuation . I don’t want to hear about any new production lines or the Loi. We should see a reduction in business costs for the period that they were under lockdown and could not run the the company at the facility that to my knowledge has only 2 employees. The ceo and the receptionist but the receptionist never seems to be able to do the basic job description which is answering the phone calls . So they can get rid of the need of a receptionist doesn’t do her job and also they can provide a combination of the older website to the newer website and any production line and combine them to show the exact product that they offer and the exact updated news reports . Then after that is taken care of fire the ceo for incompetence and negligence to say the least . And find the thousands of well qualified and motivated and business oriented who are their for one reason. To provide a business strategy and also be able to provide results . Results in my opinion are contracts no letter of intent no agreements because agreements are not binding no more adding more products without being able to either to see any income or to shut down the product line . If it’s just a waste of space and no sales team to either promote or generate revenue then it’s not worthwhile for them to even add it to their products . Products are meant to provide some form of return after a couple years . This has all the potential but lacks the basic motivation and sales team to generate revenue. I am assuming that when they don’t answer my phone calls then they are not answering potential distribution offers or insight . Like I’ve said no company can add a few products and then sit on their asses and let the business come to them . No chance in hell opportunities to further your companies success come knocking at your door . And one other thing please show enough courtesy to shareholders to fill out a new quarterly filing don’t use old copies and white out the changes . Tacky and we already pay for an accounting firm not a erase and fill out the updated version confusing and absolutely unprofessional.
