Random thought, but considering that the Fincann and GRN* deal fell through December 2019, and that INQD Joint Venture with Fincann was announced last month in the same filing CEO was announced, that leads me to believe this deal has been in the works for at least the last 3 months. This puts us in the expressway without having to wait for all of the administrative work to take place and sets us up for imminent press releases and raising the new business model.

I am willing to bet a limb that we will have some substantial news releasing this month, and additional developments.
