Judge says Court should allow foreign documents into AMD lawsuit.

I'm not sure this will fly in the long run. From what I read, AMD's case is based solely on what happened in Japan. I cannot really get a handle on what Intel did in Japan, where they systematically pushing AMD out with rewards, contracts that were written saying: Don't buy AMD products? because at the time, AMD had crummy products and lost marketshare because of that. It seems strange that one can bring in a judgement in Japan to the US, Japan has different laws, why should Intel have to defend itself against a Japanese case here in the USA? Well any thoughts would be appreciated.
