"scheme" is a great word meaning plan, program of action, or project

Too many Americans have come to believe the word scheme only means a negative or underhanded plot. Not necessarily so. I prefer the English (UK) traditional meaning. It is a great word which may also mean something great, wonderful.....or what it actually means....a plan, program of action, or project which may be either positive or negative in results, or a purely legal or illegal activity. The word itself does NOT imply value, unless the context of it use makes that clear.

In the WEED case, I find those who believe in the promoter and management, have sincere hope that this is a positive minded company that is just slow in coming to fruition.

Currently it qualifies as a penny stock, but underhanded or evil intent has not been proven by anyone posting to this Board.
