For those that seem overly concerned about the "STOP" sign, I am checking the Security and Exchange Commission website everyday for you.
As of 1st June 2020 at 17:39 MST I am disappointed to report that there is still no enforcement actions, orders or opinions in regards to PCTL. Maybe the delay has something to do with the Covid-19 Pandemic... who can say for sure.
. I will continue to monitor for any updates and keep you informed of any changes. You can also verify my findings by visiting Releases Related to Delinquent Filings
