I have two trading accounts. I sold all my shares in one account on the recent run for a small profit. I held my shares in another account which I kick myself for not selling. If the OS updates any day now with added dilution before the 10Q comes out I'll get a chance to accumalate some cheapies. The smartest thing the CEO could do before the 10Q or coinciding with it is to lower the AS!! Lowering the AS would offset the negativity of a diluting OS. Lowering the AS would increase shareholder confidence and attract perspective new investors. The added demand would increase the price per share. An increase in PPS would help slow down dilution. I don't care what anyone here says about the AS not being a big deal at this point because it is a BIG DEAL! The CEO drops the AS from 10 billion down to 950 million coinciding with a nice 10Q, even with some added dilution this ticker would See some huge gains in share price. Which in return would slow down the amount of converting shares.
A win win for everyone, management, shareholders and note holders. It would start a healthy domino effect for the share price to reach it's real value, IMO of course. Someone should tell this to Jef
