March 31 they said: Continued Mr. Gwyther, “Now that American Green is moving out of the development stages for most of its active enterprises, I believe the company will be relying less and less on capital coming in from investors which should reduce its need to issue additional shares for outside capital."

May 22nd they jack up the share count by an additional 600 million. So apparently they are not getting any revenue. They also must have know at the end of March that they need to sell more shares.....what a scam
