Again, unless IMUN puts itself into a position to be able to produce and deliver the branded product, they'd have to be real pieces of shit to challenge an EUA application by Beaumont.

And to what end would such a challenge be? An EUA of LDN for Covid-19 would be nothing but good publicity for IMUN.

A company that is responsible and has its act together would reach out to Beaumont and the FDA and introduce itself and coordinate it all with them. And people at the FDA are already aware of IMUN due to the phase 3 approval for Crohns granted in 2018 or whenever it was.
