Don't get me wrong. I have no doubt the SEC has a sufficient case to "win". However, I expect the SEC to resolve all issues in Civil Court on the "Bad Guy" theory, without sending it to the DOJ with recommendations.

That gives the SEC a "Win" without being subservient to the DOJ.

I haven't taken a position as yet.
