I'm 70/30 that it ends with the SEC. Not that he's not a dirt-bag, but if the SEC can end it with a "Win", then I don't see them giving it to big brother to fight their battles. The SEC could close the case and call it a "Win". Anyone following the case could/would call the Win, "Horseshit", but on the record, it goes in SEC "Win column".
