Let's be realistic. No one in their right mind short sells 1.1 billion shares nor is it even possible with less than that outstanding. That's obviously the "sell" component of dilution. The good news with that is that it already occurred so the future overhang as they try to fix up the balance sheet is being taken care of.

Whatever the OS is, whether 1 billion or 2 billion, the market cap is still nothing here compared to what this company can do. $0.01 = $20 million.
