When did our CEO tell us "we are there"? Was that two or three years ago I forget? Doesn't really matter we are NOT there.

Dilution is bad, always, even if you believe in the company your shares are worth less. Wether anyone is concerned or not is irrelevant. Dilution = Bad

The share price will take care of itself, one way or another. I have been invested here for a few years like many. During that time the share price has slid to new lows. Since it's been awhile and I have no need for more shares I would like to see the share price actually go up now. Thats how we make money.

Further, I have less confidence in the company than I did 4 years ago because of the performance of the company leaders.

Mr Waggoner has been quite misleading to shareholders, foregone requested shareholder meetings, and given himself a large increase in pay after such a poor performance.

Dr Crabtree has been a moody investor relations contact that treats investors as a thorn his paw.

I am glad your not concerned, I myself don't loose sleep over this dog either, but I do understand dilution and mismanagement fully.
