Another penny market myth. Any “offshore” trader still has to have OTC trades executed by a US registered broker...so the Fed Reserve Reg T margin requirements still apply.

The “offshore” nonsense is based on an activity that occurred many many years ago when an OTCBB ticker would dual list on some crappy foreign exchange. TLSS is not listed on ANY foreign exchange. And those foreign exchanges (like the Berlin Boerse or VSE) have long ago cleaned up their act.
