Although Neurotrope did their Reverse Merger in 2013 to become a public company, rather than going through the expensive and time consuming process of an IPO, my understanding is that if an OTC company needs to qualify to initially meet Nasdaq Requirements, then that is not considered a RS. Hence, NTRP has a 0 RS history on the Nasdaq

From January 2017 onward, if the company fell out of Nasdaq compliance, then a RS would be required and tracked as such on their Nasdaq history.
