I don't have anything to do with TGRR CEO. I just found things firts most of the time. When i bought 1m at .0002 (yes I'm always cheap, because i don't preload stuff), the afternoon the profile got updated on otcmarket.

The buying could be that the shell was bought already and the buying is locking the float cheap. Seen that happen in a couple of stocks before. Latest example was RVDO. .008 to .30 before the buying/merger announcement and ADGS .01 to $2.00s before anyone knew.
