HealthID has not rolled out. India was dead before it was announced-nothing but an obvious scam. K & L Gates has nothing to do with the company's future. QMC will win but damages will be very minimal consisting of lawyer's fees for motions involving K&L. It is nothing but a distraction.

I'd say someone needs to light a fire underneath them to get them going. Nothing happening but the market cap falling.
