Buyout coming soon at $0.40 per share

Normally a buyout is a 20% premium over current share price.
That would put TLSS at a current $0.24 per share buyout.
However, TLSS is getting twice their current value (100% premium of current share price).
Shareholders will be getting twice the current value, buyout at $0.40.
