No divies to JPS until cap buffer met. Old JPS will trade at discount while new JPS get divies.

Simplest explanations are typically the accurate ones. Not some convoluted paid poster’s tortured logic. They wouldn’t be here if there isn’t value.

Hopefully Seila is out soon.
