"Hurricane damage" is the burden of the insurance companies (State Farm, Allstate, Geico, Grange, etc), not the burden of FNMA.

The government may also help. However, its unlikely the government confiscate all fnma's profits AGAIN for hurricane victims, because it hasnt worked out well the last time the governement confiscated all FNMA profits for health insurance. Also, the health insurance companies may sue because the stolen FNMA profits belong to them, not to the the homeowners insurance companies. Its fair and square, the health insurers, with government assistance stole fnma profits fair and sqaure and wont give them up.
