What's the hurry that would necessitate merging with a dumpster fire like HDII?
And how can it possibly be "cheaper"?
They would have to give up part of their company to existing HDII shareholders!
OK, maybe do a 1:100,000 R/S to drop the existing shell shareholders down to 1368 shares and then issue themselves 10M new shares.
Now THAT would at least make financial sense for them.
That would leave existing shareholders here with 0.0001368% of the new company... seems about right!
How would that be good for HDII shareholders???
Did anyone really believe that Cintel would just merge the company into HDII and Cintel would magically belong to HDII shareholders?
