WHY ISNT THE OFFICE PENTHOUSE LEASE OBLIGATIONS LISTED IN THEIR FINANCIALS?

A business occupying an entire floor, requiring its own private elevator for access, the costs are enormous. But not listed anywhere in their financials,,,
