Today the Supreme Court of Texas granted the motion for
extension of time to file petition for review under TEX. R.
APP. P. 53.7(f) in the above-referenced case. The petition
for review is due to be filed no later than June 3, 2020

Gates got an extension to file their petition no later than June 3, so here are some options.

1. Gates files for another extension.
2. Gates files petition and the court takes weeks or months to rule on it.
3. Court rules in favor of Gates and case is thrown out.
4. Court rules in favor of QMC and the case goes back to Hays County District Court to be heard.

Probably far from being wrapped up.

According to Jay Williams during May 6 video, QDX launch was delayed from June 1.

We're going to Alpha version next week and we'll be in Beta version the first week of June and you know, then we'll iterate until we get to a final version, you know, as soon as we can.
