I agree they should have never said any specific timeline as things happen that completely derail things that are unforseen.

Frankly I'd rather they take time and get everything done right and set the stage for further acquisitions and growth. Not what you normally see on the OTC. If they wanted to pump and sell shares they could have easily done so yet instead they have done what needed to be done to establish a base to build off of without issuing any shares or pumping the stock.

They could certainly use some improvements in the IR front, but if I had a choice between a legit undervalued business vs. a company with nothing that can pump it's share price I will be more patient and comfortable loading on the legit business
