Amazon never had a loss that exceeded its revenue nor did it ever have an upside down balance sheet. The comparison is ridiculous.

TLSS is in a highly competitive and highly commoditized business with a cost structure that isn’t even close to something that could ever make money.

They will be selling equity for a long long time...to meet their cash needs.
