If I were Leo I would throw down the gauntlet and let out that I am contacting Facebook, Amazon, Google, etc, etc as to becoming a partner to let the BPs know that anybody and everybody can be in on the bidding. Might make one or two of them sit up and take notice.

Only ones not allowed to buy the B platform would be Alibaba (Chinese) or George Soros (Socialist).
