There is a grammatical error in my prior post which is driving me crazy. Here is the Revision:

Summation of NPHC affiliations. To sum it up; out of a dozen people directly and/or indirectly involved with NPHC, over the past 20 years, only one person was ever charged and convicted of a crime; i.e. importing exotic animals in 1999.

Once investigated by the SEC, It becomes cheaper for the Defendants to cry, “Uncle”, and “Settle” than to fight. Especially if the Defendants are Guilty, which they usually are. However, guilty of what; criminal acts or bad acts?

If guilty of bad acts, then, they are brought before Civil Court and not classified as Criminals. Regardless of ones personal feelings, and how much someone wants the SEC Target to be labeled a Criminal, there is a bright line distinction between Criminal Acts, and Bad Acts. It is not semantics; it is Federal Law.

Disclaimer: I do not own, nor have I ever owned NPHC stock.
