If they keep going on about the class action holding it up I will post my entire Rosen mailer. You're right, it has nothing to do with it. I'm sure Trader & several others here also have that mailer & could post it for them too. The class action is not holding anything up, it has nothing to do with it. LCYB now owns the majority of the patents, plus the plant & everything else of value, the court has transferred the ownership to LCYB & they're the one paying the fees for the items they now own. It would benefit the Twitter DD team to look up the meanings of "tangible" & "intangible" and apply both of them to the patents sold listed in the 6th unsealed report. It's an eye opener how little value fka-BIOAQ has left yet how much debt is still outstanding.
