Once completed, the combined assets may position TLSS to not only expand its services potential, but to also benefit from revenue expansion, increased diversification, and multiple opportunities for growth through the integration of additional logistics channels. Unlike many small-cap logistics companies, TLSS is a revenue-generating company that posted more than $18 million in income in 2018 and is projecting an increase upwards of $60 million for the full-year ending in December of 2019.

Important to note, Amazon (AMZN) is their primary customer that makes up the bulk of their revenues as clearly articulated below courtesy of Helter Skelter and AdamS007:

Some have speculated that most or all debt will be paid off here with TLSS in the near future. Considering that they have already PR-ed to have eliminated millions worth of debt below, I think such speculation is fair:

This is why I believe it's fair to consider an 85% Expense Margin and a 15% Profit Margin. If it's later learned that it’s not, then use the Substitution Property to replace the necessary variables accordingly to determine your own assessment for a fundamental valuation. Consider below for the amount of Income for TLSS:

$60,000,000 Revenues x .15 Profit Margin = $9,000,000 Income

The last reported number for the Outstanding Shares (OS) per their Transfer Agent (TA) is 306,416,819 shares. This would mean an Earnings Per Share (EPS) as indicated below:

$9,000,000 Net Profit ÷ 306,416,819 (OS) = .029 EPS

TLSS recent profile confirms that it currently exists within the Trucking Industry:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/pr?s=TLSS+Profile

Let’s take into consideration the Price to Earnings (P/E) Ratio of 17.56 that's indicated within the link below for the Trucking Industry:
http://pages.stern.nyu.edu/~adamodar/New_Home_Page/datafile/pedata.html

For those new for understanding what a P/E Ratio is and key dynamics as it is referred to being the growth rate for a stock as it exists within its particular industry, read the links below that hopefully will help one to see how it's used to assess the fundamental valuation of a stock:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=57154170
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/p/price-earningsratio.asp

With taking the PE Ratio from the Trucking Industry of 17.56 to use as its growth multiple, consider below for a TLSS valuation…

.029 EPS x 17.56 P/E Ratio = .509 per share

In my opinion and based on if they deliver the Audited Financials of $60 Million in Revenues that they recently said are coming in the future... and if they reflect the 15% Profit Margin with an OS of 306,416,819 shares as per their TA, then it would be fair to presume that TLSS should trade somewhere in the area of .50+ per share... for starters.
