IT will be here today! the 10K.. audited per SEC...

Now, for my WHALE CALLS!!. this will attract them!! &%$^&*RRTY$%*.. lol

Not going to be much in the 10K.. going to show a lot of debt for one thing... its going to show last years REVS (its all last yrs info.. old stuff).. However, I do want to see the 4th qtr and (of course) any updates on debts and so forth.. New revs.. new acquisistion info.

The update in June for 10Q (1st qtr 2020) will give us much more updated info. and then any PR's (that I believe a few mentioned) may be some updates next week. I'm just sittin' back patiently with my feet up.. hoping for lil power hour run and then (dont shoot the messenger) praying that the debt isnt too excessive as to hurt us in the very very very short time period until the Q.

Im hoping we get more than just the basic 10K today.. if not next week.. John and Doug and Sebastian are def. not going to blow this run and this oppurtunity. The goal is to uplist as soon as possible so increase in PPS is one of their main objectives.
