Trying to attribute fundamental logic to a flip and short is more than disingenuous. It is not a misunderstanding of the facts and causation because nobody is really that stupid.It is rather a lame attempt to create doubt in the minds of some who are not sophisticated and knowledgeable about how dirty business is done at the FDA with big pharma. I have never heard such BS like what you posted. Remember the KISS formula, "keep it simple stupid" and investors will not go wrong.
When a company is sitting on a world class formula that the entire planet is awaiting, money comes pouring out from all corners with the best deal winning. That competition lowers the cost of capital. Nice position to be in when most all others are begging for any loan at any price.
