CEO is not responsible for traders dumping their shares going for a quick flip or holders who were thinking the PPS would be going to be a tenbagger. CEO is interested to bring his company to the stock market, with some kind of uplisting (seems Nasdaq as his aim, sooner or later). It's not his 'fault' some people thought this would be dollars within a few weeks and now in a rush heading for the exit, as they find out it's not that easy money as they thought. He is running a company, not a pennypicking scheme for quick profits today.

Also the selloff has probably gone a bit too far, as people are always scared as h$%ll seeing the words reversed split and dump their shares without even looking at the background and conditions. Often that's indeed the right way to do, in this case I don't necessarily think so.
