Retail shareholders don't count, their vote gets over rode by the preferred shareholders. But, I seen where they atleast got to vote in the past. That would of been the right way. People could of gotten out sooner and preserved more capital. Grease Ball Medico, only focus was himself, so he gave it to us dry. What a heartless basterd.
