Several euphoric rises coming this year for $PCTL, seems to me.
$1+ can happen quickly, in less than a week after getting right type of news. Loads of news in pipeline, including some big ones that market is sleeping on, waiting for confirmation.

So far there is not much hype-buying here. Accumulating, yes. Lots of flipping last several weeks. But we are now approaching what could be the beginning of the SP-moving type of news we all know is coming. Trading the past few days is reflecting this sense that some juicy news is coming our way at any moment, especially regarding financials.

An exceptional financial report is not "sell the news" type of news for a stock that has seen only tepid optimism the past several weeks, and has significant developments in the pipeline that DD has us convinced is genuine and very promising, causing us to hold our shares tight. This lack of selling has also been telltale in the tape.
