I'll say once again that patience will be required but imo there isn't a greater variable that would increase the probability of a successful trial than doubling the length to 6 months. Perhaps increasing the washout period to 90 days depending on individual data collection of the non namenda patients from the last 2 trials but that's info we don't have access to.
