My sources tell me OTC asked for the 10K for year ending 2/29/20 to be filed, which they have completed and submitted yesterday. Just seems to me market makers have to know something as they have methodically worked the price up to the .05 range on low volume. Actually glad price is here now as removal of CVEM should give it a further bump until they report FY Q1 ending 5/31. The waiting game is frustrating for sure. Been too long to put time frame on it but I am long this one. The OTC attorney they are using and is helping the company navigate this has been very impressed with Dave and what they are doing with the business. My two cents.
