I have been in the construction business for 30+ years so you aren't telling me anything I haven't seen. Difference here is not a new golf course and by the accounts I have read the membership is down and they didn't have the money to maintain the place. Can it happen...maybe! I sure wouldn't want to put up the first $350,000 spec house in the area and sit on it! Especially if all of the other houses in the area are 75,000- 150,000! That is why I asked for input into the surrounding property and area from a resident!
