i dont know, this stock is very volatile..for instance last week the charts and everything said reversal, and the .003 started to look cheap..and then boom one day someone dumps the shares and the whole thing goes down. buying in lower and waiting to buy in lower are the hardest things to do with the pinks since they are so volatile. but this does look pretty stead around the .0025 - .003 range..
