In March 2013, the Company acquired Goldfield International, Inc., (Goldfield) a Utah corporation. Goldfield also designs and manufactures equipment for environmental clean-up projects, including barges, clarifiers, lead recovery systems, dryers, conveyors and hoppers and other mechanical equipment.
