No. There is a reason why hemp has so many varieties/strains. It not only depends what end product you want to have but also depends where you plant particular seed. European hemp may not grow well in the US or even if it does, you may end up with different composition of full spectrum.. it takes years to develop consistency. Consistency of full spectrum product is very important imo I strongly encourage you to read about hemp farming on some other websites and not only stuck on CVSI vs CWEB.
There is more and more good articles about farming and which direction this industry is heading.. I don't think you realize how advanced actually are some farmers that specifies in CBD rich hemp. It's not only CWEB out there. There is a few good ones as well that understand hemp plant and breeding.
