5) About to have its registration revoked
6) Non compliant with annual meetings
7) Non Transparent
8) Trading for 0ne one hundredth of a cent
9) Major (alleged majority shareholder) non reporting-ownership filings
10) Has failed at domestic oil production
11) Was audited by IRS and had major fines / back taxes
12) No shareholder updates
13) Sued by multiple parties
14) Phone was disconnected
15) Offices vacated / now operating out of a Regis office
16) JDZ 'Assets' did not pan out
17) Kenya 'Assets' did not pan out
18) Diluted shareholders by RS / Convertible debt
