You will see other companies still lingering on with SEC cause some have filed disputes and requested for reinstatement off of the grey market. Aryc hasn’t filed anything of dispute at all leaving them looking guilty. There hasn’t been a PR or social media statement either to dispute SEC findings. If you think ARYC isn’t still under a microscope or under investigation your dead wrong.
