Yes, agree on all but the interlocutory appeal may come in before year end. Either way, within a year from now I think this goes higher both common and preferred should move up. Just over 2 months preferreds have been about from the lows at least 50%. I expect within a year from now the prices to increase at least that much. There are considerable other opportunities out there but at least a 50% expected return within a year is good. Anyone who buys now or has held is early but no one knows when the next major catalyst will drop.
