Did you forget about a cramdown? No. There are multiple ways to win for those higher up the food chain.

The whining on the board has reached a crescendo. But of course, you have eternal patience like you stated before.

Just keep waiting. Eventually (one way or another) I think that the common shares can hit 25. Might be after the R/S...
