yes always a danger in pennies...

But THE 'reason' given to VATE holders was the shares being under .01

BS as they had options...but what they said..

Another difference is in company releases...KG has been clear about forecast and goals...

I don't doubt there could be a RS in the future...but into strength and as part of entry into nasdaq....i would estimate they need to be tracking towards 30-50mm in revs with clear runway above...along with interest of larger inv grps.
