Typical PMCB answered my question via e mail with a answer that doesn't really answer the question and seems to contradict itself. Amazing. All they have to do is answer yes they can be imputed into the IND or no not yet ready to be inputed.

  Just want to clarify for my understanding from yesterday's PR. Is the 3 months info needed for the Stabilty Study  completed and at this point can be inputed onto the IND filing or the 3 months info needed are not completed yet and will be in the future.


PMCB response:

The 3 months needed for the first time point has already occurred. The first set of Stability Study tests are in the process of being completed.


So, i sent them a follow up e mail. Probably will get a nasty response or PMCB will tell i am barred from sending e mails. I'll see.

Yes i know, that was in the PR. Still a little confused, so is this saying the 3 months results of the Stability Study tests needed for the filing of the IND are done also with good results and will be( or have) inputed into the IND . They may have occured.
