Well said, Facts, Many years ago, in another life, I was in banking and at a Christmas party, the Chairman of the Board asked the banks biggest shareholder, who also owned many malls and was in his early 70's at the time the following...... Mr. D, if you found out that you had one week left to live, what would you do during that last week? Mr D looked at all of us and said "I would spend every waking hour making every deal I could."

People like this are truly driven and thrive on making deals. That's the way I feel about this stock.
